BlogFest.Asia 2012 has successfully concluded and we are extremely thankful to all of our sponsors, volunteers, international and local participants who came to our event and contributed to our success.  We are also very grateful to our Information Minister Khieu Kanharith for gracing the event with his presence and taking time to talk to bloggers from Cambodia, the ASEAN region and beyond.

As they say, all good things must come to an end, but we hope to see you with us next year once again.  Our facebook page and Google Groups mailing list are still active, and we would welcome ideas and proposals for the next BlogFest.Asia in our region.

Do you wish to share pictures and images from BlogFest.Asia?  If yes, please do so on Facebook.  If you have images from the Heritage Tour of Angkor City and Siem Reap, don’t forget to contribute to the Wikimedia Commons under a Creative Commons license.  Your contributions may very likely end up on Wikipedia pages.

Preetam Rai, our favorite blogger from Southeast Asia, has shared his photo album with us on Flickr.

Where do you want the next BlogFest to be?  Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Laos, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Taiwan or India?  Let us know on our Facebook page!
